I was just reading an article and when I got to the bottom of the page there is a message stating ' to continue reading this article you must subscribe for $2.95'
thats exactly what happen to me! but not all the articles are like that! do you read the newscientist mag frequently! i do, i love it! i think their webpage is pretty good apart from when the articles aren't continued unless you pay that is!
Yeah, I've been reading every issue since last summer. My college has the issues in the library. Its very interesting to keep upto date with the latest goings on in the scientific world
However, my college only gets 1 copy of each issue and it is quite popular, so next time - I am planning to hide the latest issue of New Scientist Magazine in the History books compartment! Surely no one will find it there!
unlucky.....poor u!! Lol so does my college but not many people read it....whenever i look its always lying about on the shelf! so i just grab hold of it whenever i want!
Nobody at my college reads it either, I think that there is something wrong with people. It is left in a special science room where only science people are allowed and still hardly no-one reads it. I think that I am probably the only one except from the teachers to actually read it page by page every week.
hey i dont no whether this is related to this thread but wat order do the ranking thingys on this site go? It used to be the more stars the more advanced you are but now its changed and im confused. Being a worm or similar currently puts me where in the ranking?!?!?!
An explanation would be great!
Yes Rosebug i do................Eeeerrmm.................
-sleep in a rainforest

Well i know one that DolphinDude maybe if he's lucky could do................ wish DD good luck with hearing a Kakapo boom in New Zealand thats if he visits the southern island though! Lol
A kakapo boom? One of the rarest sounds on Earth I should think. I would love to see the infamous night parrot in question though, and to hear that noise...like nothing else I should imagine.
